Pinnaclife Announces Sponsorship of Bicycle Racing Team

CORALVILLE, IOWA – March 15, 2010
Pinnaclife is proud to announce a new addition to our team! We are the proud sponsor of a California-based bicycle road racing team.

The Pinnaclife Racing Team is a grassroots bicycle road racing team based out of Southern California. Pinnaclife will serve as the primary sponsor for the team. The Pinnaclife Racing Team began in 1996, when it was originally organized as Inland Radsport Racing Team, and is one of the premier bicycle road racing teams in Southern California. "Radsport" comes from the German name for bicycle racing. The team is made up of mature professionals who participate at the highest level of Masters bicycle racing.

The team has two national champions in captain David Prechtl and racer Fritz Tomasello, and 12 California State Champions. According to Prechtl, this is the most state champions on any team anywhere in the United States.

McCords named 2009 Global Humanitarian by Airline Ambassadors

Drs. Darlene and James McCord, founders of McCord Research and Pinnaclife, Inc. in Coralville, received the 2009 Global Humanitarian award from the United Nations-affiliated non-profit organization, Airline Ambassadors, for their philanthropy and research in Africa through their Buruli Ulcer Foundation.

Veltheim to speak about natural healing and alternative science Sept. 24

John Veltheim, an internationally renowned doctor of chiropractics and Chinese medicine, will speak at Pinnaclife, Inc., 59 Second Street, Coralville at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 24. Veltheim will discuss the importance of natural healing and alternative medicine and science. The seminar is designed to inform both patients and practitioners.

The exclusive international health conference is not open to the public. In addition to Thursday's lecture, Veltheim will host a three-day "Finding Health" seminar at the Fairfield Arts and Convention Center beginning Friday, Sept. 25

Coralville company to raise funds for debilitating disease through football parking sales

CORALVILLE, IOWA - September 15, 2009
On Sept. 19, the Iowa Hawkeyes will take on Arizona State at Kinnick Stadium, giving Drs. Darlene and James McCord an opportunity to take on the Buruli ulcer, a debilitating worldwide disease.

The McCords, founders of Pinnaclife, Inc. and McCord Research, will raise awareness and funds for the Buruli ulcer by renting parking spaces to avid Hawkeye fans this Saturday. Parking is available for a donation of $20 at the Pinnaclife corporate office located at 59 Second Street in Coralville, just minutes away from the stadium.
